Services
I offer a range of visual services…
…to help you get the best out of your meetings, events and planning workshops.
If you’re looking for support with something that isn’t listed below, feel free to get in touch and I’ll do my best to help or point you in the right direction. Many of our projects start with a conversation and co-creation of a solution that combines more than one service.
I’d love to talk to you about new and creative ways to incorporate graphics into your work.

Graphic Recording (in person)

We have worked closely with Clare from Listen, Think, Draw on a variety of projects. Clare is extremely creative and has a really good understanding of accessible communication, she is flexible and always willing to come with new ideas and to engage directly with our stakeholders to plan how best to communicate. Clare’s drawings are wonderful and have really helped us to be able to communicate complex research findings to a wide audience, including people with learning disabilities
I work at your event to draw a large scale visual record capturing key themes.
Before your event, we have a prep meeting to discuss the purpose and goals of your event, what you want from the graphic chart and how you might use it afterwards. This helps me plan and lay out the graphic in the best way for you.
At the event I will bring all materials and set my big paper up ready to listen in and capture the key points of the event in large, bright visuals.
After the event I can arrange for your graphic chart(s) to be scanned, so that you have a crisp, clear digital copy of the graphic to use going forward.
Some of my clients choose to have my draw on an iPad and project the image to the room during their event. This is a good option where space is tight or if you are looking for a more polished graphic, as with digital drawing, I can spend more time post-event editing and finalising the drawing.
Graphic Recording in person works well for:
* Conferences * Engagement events * Group discussions * Panel discussions * World Cafés * Keynotes * Workshops * Away days * Storytelling * Strategy days * Co-production *

Tell Me About Your Event!Graphic Recording (virtual)

Thank you so much Clare, this looks incredible!
You have really captured the buzz, the complexity and the key points of these sessions – wow! It’s just brilliant, you have an amazing brain, I really don’t know how you do this!
Thanks so much again Clare for bringing the day some magic.
I can provide graphic recording at online meetings. Before your event, we would have a prep meeting to discuss the purpose and goals of your event, what you want from the graphic chart and how you might use it during and after the event. This helps me plan and lay out the graphic in the best way for you.
At the event, I will quietly listen in and draw along, capturing the key points of your event in bright, simple visuals.
You can choose:
- to display the drawings at break times or at agreed points during your online event (and I will to draw with my video feed hidden), or
- to watch along as I draw, seeing my work in real-time
I use an overhead camera to show me drawing and all you need to do is ‘spotlight’ me.
Virtual Graphic Recording works brilliantly for:
* Co-production * Virtual Strategy days * Conferences * Engagement events * Group discussions * Panel discussions * World cafés * Keynotes * Workshops * Away days * Storytelling *
Great visuals no matter where your audience is!
Want virtual graphic recording for your meeting?Graphic Facilitation

I cannot emphasise enough the positive impact your visual has had. It has kept us all (staff) focused and we have achieved so much in a short space of time.
Video: Reasons to use Graphic Facilitation
I work with you to design a session plan in advance of your meeting along with a template graphic chart.
At the event I can either work with your chosen facilitator or I can bring a Listen Think Draw associate to facilitate. Together, we will create a safe space, working to draw out discussions and achieve the agreed purpose. The resulting graphic chart will be a creative artefact of the day, including everyone’s voices and, if you choose, we can scan this so that you have a digital copy to share too.
Seeing what’s been said aids listening and breaks down barriers. Using graphic facilitation helps teams come together to solve problems, plan and make well informed, quicker decisions.
Graphic Facilitation works well for:
* Co-production * Strategy meetings * Capacity building * Team building * Vision & values * Planning * Service design * Co-design * Exhibition stands * Conference workshops * Qualitative research *
Draw out the best from people.
Let's talk about Graphic Facilitation at your eventIllustration and Sketchnotes

Clare completed the work that we had asked her to do quickly, timely and to the deadline that we had asked. She was incredibly accommodating, helpful, flexible and understanding regarding any changes and alterations that we asked her to make. The final work produced is of an exceptionally high standard and perfectly reflects the brief that we had asked. I would recommend her to anyone and she was great to work with. Thanks Clare!
I draw bespoke, colourful and engaging digital illustrations that you can use in many ways:
* Social media * Handouts * Publications * Printed materials * Presentations * Reports * Evaluations * Websites *
To create the best illustration or sketchnote for you, we will need to work together! You supply the information on what you would like to be visualised and we can meet up to work through your requirements. I’ll likely ask lots of questions about what’s important and what the information you’ve provided means in ‘real life’. This helps me to come up with images to include and decide on style and layout.
Following this, I will create a draft verssion of the illustration for you to review. You’ll have the opportunity to request any edits that might be needed and once we’ve discussed those, I will proceed to the final draw. Once the final version is agreed, I send you the digital image files in JPEG and PDF formats for you to use however you wish.
Add engaging graphics to your communications...
Let's talk about bespoke illustrations for you!Animation and Whiteboard Videos
Video: NHS animation about cervical screening
Glasgow City HSCP contacted Listen, Think, Draw to support with drawings for use in cancer screening awareness videos. Having Clare draw the pictures worked really well as we were able to tailor the images to represent a diverse range of people whom we were targeting across Glasgow City. These pictures were then animated for 4 separate videos on Breast, Cervical, Bowel and HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) awareness and used within video brochures and shared on social media.
We were really pleased with the end result. These animations will help to reduce inequalities that minority ethnic groups experience in relation to cancer screening.
I work with you to translate your message into simple and engaging hand drawn animated motion videos.
Together with my production partner Mango Multimedia, I’ll work with you to establish:
- your intended audience
- your messaging
- the action you’d like people to take, and
- the feeling you’d like your animation to convey
We’ll also guide you through all the additional options for the video, including background music, voiceovers, translations, sign language and even how to present the video.
Tell your story using animation, voice and music.
